Every Ageless Peptides vial label carries its own serial number (S/N) and a Scan for COA code. Each serial number is linked to the lot the vial came from, and each lot is linked to its factory batch.
How to verify
- Scan the code on the vial label and enter the serial number printed on the label.
- Confirm that the product name and strength on the record match the vial.
- Review the HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity results for that vial's lot.
- Check the test date and the laboratory named on the report.
Signed-in customers also see the COA for the lot each order item shipped from, in their order history.
Why lot-level records matter
Results from one lot do not describe another. Linking each vial's serial number to its lot lets a laboratory document exactly which material was used in each experiment.
If something does not match
Contact support with the serial number and a photo of the label. Do not use material whose serial number cannot be verified.
